licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Job Type: Part-Time
Location: Saratoga, CA
Responsibilities
-
Work with teen and families to address specific targeted behaviors
-
Perform intake, assessment, treatment planning, ongoing therapy and termination services
-
Provide case management, behavioral coaching, and crisis intervention as necessary
-
Work closely with teens, families, and center staff (psychologists and coaches) to provide coordinated services using a team approach
-
Collaborate and communicate regularly with all treatment team members (parents, coaches, etc.)

Timely maintenance of clinical documentation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars and client information using practice management software
-
Attend meetings as required
-
Additional opportunities available if desired (starting groups, teaching a class, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
-
LMFT/LPCC from an accredited school with at least 3 years of post-degree experience in a clinic or school-based setting.

Must be in good standing with the BBS

Valid California license to practice in a mental health field required

Adherence to all professional, ethical, legal and confidentiality requirements

Must have experience working with teen and families providing crisis assessment, management and intervention

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
-
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain close communication will all treatment team members.

Must be available to work a variable schedule based on the therapeutic needs of the teens and families (primarily afternoons, evenings, and weekends)
