Therapy for Young Adults

Entering adulthood is an exciting time: going to college, moving out, starting your first job or your first significant relationship.  This is a period of important life transitions, and young adults, college students and college grads often have difficulty negotiating these transitions.

The psychologists at Aspyre have a great deal of experience helping young adults struggling with achieving independence, identifying a career focus, dealing with relationship issues, stress, emotional instability, trauma, or simply needing help to establish life goals. Our aim is to work together to discover what's preventing you from reaching your goals and to provide the skills necessary to achieve them.

College Students

Your initial meeting with an Aspyre psychologist will consist of an intake session during which we will conduct an interview to gather information about your background, education, and your goals. You may also be asked to complete one or more psychological tests. The information gathered by the psychologist will be used to determine if Aspyre can help.  If so, your psychologist will use this information to develop a plan for achieving your goals.  If we are unable to provide the assistance you need, we will provide you with recommendations and referrals.
